Quiet little and pleasant hotel with courteous staff specially the receptionist. What a marvellous and fab location near everything! Not far from the tube station, the underground to west end and shopping, and major shopping areas in London.

We have booked single room with comfortable facilities. The view was pleasant and the staff were kind.

The standard of service at breakfast was terrific. Many thanks
My room was on the ground floor and there was a generator outside the window that was noisy. I had asked for a quiet room and when I checked in been told that it would be a quiet room, which it definitely wasn't!

The location was great, with restaurants and shops across the road, and it was only 300metres from Paddington railway station and the underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the full English breakfast was a great start to the day.Because the hotel was in Paddington you was only a tube train away from the centre, but it was nice and quiet at night not like the centre of Leicester square.
The room was probably one of the smallest I have ever stayed in, and the bathroom was very small too, but considering the time you actually stay in your room on a trip to London it didn't spoil the experience.

Convenient location for getting to and from Heathrow. Breakfast included in rate. Close to Hyde Park, restaurants, underground. Walking distance to Oxford Street. Reasonable value for money considering how expensive London is.
Rooms are very small. Very noisy 24 hours a day (given location). Would have liked fruit as part of breakfast. Lots of dollars, but it is London!

Suitable for rabbits but not cats. The location is just about perfect being so close to the underground, mainline paddington and buses. The breakfast menu lacked variety although what was provided was very good.

Location, good staff, free hi-wi
poor breakfast, every day the same, without any choice and changing - only eggs, becon, beans and musli. For 3-4 days it is ok, but for 10 days it is really unacceptable!

The staff was always very friendly and helpful! We got adapters for our telefon and camera chargers. The room was very clean, but very small with 2 small beds, which are fine for the normale sized people to sleep in. Despite being small the room had a small wardrobe and a coffee/tea maker, which was nice. Breakfast was good, staff very attentive. The hotel is perfectly situated between 2 tube stations.
I cannot really complain about anything, The room was very small and so were the beds, but fine for the normale sized people to sleep in. The shower was tiny, O.K. for small people, difficult for taller/ bigger people. Only the cover of the toilet flush was broken and was supposed to be repared the next day. Did not get fixed during the 4 days we stayed there, but toilet was still perfectly functioning. Slight smell from out of the shower. However, not always. As we only slept there, it was not a problem really.

The rooms were very small and not suitable for spending time in . Also there was no lounge area where you could sit comfortable and wait for friends

Would recommend for a weekend escape
Comfy bed, clean room, the location is excellent, being just a short walk from the Underground station, with plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options.
Couldn't have been better.

We used this hotel as a base as we were doing the Moonlight Walk so didn't spend much time there. However everyone was friendly and attentive and we would recommend it to others and would certainly visit again.
No complaints it was ideal for our requirements.
